About us

Nick Davey is the owner of Davey Repair and has been working on vehicles for most of his life. From the time he was old enough to hold a wrench, he was in the shop alongside his dad, who started his own repair business in 1987. That early hands-on experience built the foundation for the skills, work ethic, and values that still drive the business today.

After high school, Nick attended WyoTech and later spent several years working in a body shop before moving into transport refrigeration, where he worked on diesel and hybrid units. No matter where he was employed, he was always working on vehicles after hours and taking on side jobs out of his garage.

In 2009, Nick was involved in a serious accident that put him out of work for a period of time. Even then, customers continued calling. With help from his dad and father-in-law, both experienced mechanics, the work continued until he was able to return. After that, he operated the business full-time out of his garage, later moved into a shop in Lennox, and eventually built the current Davey Repair shop near Worthing about five years ago.

Today, Davey Repair continues to grow. With the addition of a second mechanic, the shop is able to keep up with demand while continuing to serve customers the right way—with honest work, fair pricing, and repairs done right the first time.

Aidan Jasper is part of the team at Davey Repair and has been working on vehicles professionally since 2019. His passion for the automotive industry started at a young age. He spent a lot of time in the garage with his dad working on four wheelers, which gave him an early hands-on introduction to turning wrenches. He also spent much of his childhood around dealerships, where his dad worked in sales, so vehicles were always a big part of his life. Between time in the garage and time spent around dealership life, it did not take long for him to develop a strong interest in the automotive world.

As that interest grew, he started working on his own cars and quickly realized that working on vehicles was more than just a hobby. He knew early on that he wanted to make a career out of it. In 2019, he began his professional journey in the automotive industry and has continued building his experience ever since.

Over the years, Aidan has worked in both dealership and independent shop environments, giving him valuable experience from both sides of the industry. In June of 2023, he joined Davey Repair part-time, working nights after his day job. After continuing to build his skills and experience with the shop, he moved into a full-time role in August of 2025.

Today, Aidan is proud to be part of the team at Davey Repair, where he continues to grow in the trade and takes pride in providing quality work for customers who depend on their vehicles every day.
